64 - The Power of God

Be still and know recognize, understand that I am God. (Psa 46:10)

By the power of God's hand through Christ's sacrifice, you have been ushered into a new life—reborn and recreated. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in you, empowering you to will and to act according to His good pleasure. Your new position, your new standing before God, is a free gift given so you may rest upon faith in Him, the One who has brought you from death to life. It is not because of anything we have done or could do; we did not bring about this new life, nor do we sustain it. You have been washed clean, the inner man renewed and transformed. Christ has cleansed the inside of your cup. This walk in the flesh will be transformed through the power of God, through His Spirit living in us.

Paul spent 14 years in preparation before he began his ministry to the Gentiles. Be still in your heart long enough to recognize, grasp, and understand the God who holds all things in His hands. Believe His words and who He has made you through His beloved Son. You are a holy nation, a royal priesthood, holy, righteous, and pure. Believe and let this new vision of who you are renew your mind and transform your walk. You have been made new, undeniable, steadfast, and secure by the power of God Almighty.
