Relinquishing Control

Sometimes, it takes reaching a point of utter weakness, where we feel we cannot continue, to realize that we are not the ones in control. It’s not about God saying, “See, you can’t do it on your own; you need me.” Rather, He gently reminds us that we were never meant to carry the load by ourselves. In these moments of vulnerability, we finally step aside enough to see that God has been there all along, guiding and sustaining us. He is the Creator, the orchestrator of all things, and His plan is perfect. God desires us to join Him in His work, not to take on the burden as if it all depends on us. His hand works in and through us, and our role is to relinquish control and allow Him to navigate our lives. We have been brought into His spiritual realm, crafted as vessels to work alongside Him. It is His power that sustains us, not our efforts. Instead of running ahead and trying to fix everything on our own, we are called to have a humble and contrite heart before Him, working with Him in humility. He is our strength and our power, and in Him, we find our true purpose and peace.
